Check the fuses and circuit breakers.

It's good to know the brand name but lets try. Their is a round cover in the back or side. Remove the cover. Inside up top should be two wires connected to the brushes. Remove this part. This puts out the initial voltage (exciter) to get it started. Check it for continuity and the slip rings should read about 56 ohm. If good you can test the rotor using a 12 volt batt connecting to the terminals but be careful to keep positive to + and negative to -- .. Check running. should read about 70volts from the main lines out. If so put it back together. If not and you did not find any parts damaged, look for fuse holders or any wire pinched. If every thing looks good here go to the control panel. Look here for burnt parts. To go much further without a manual will be difficult and require skill......

Do you mean that after checking the socket with the switch on
there is no output? With engine running ofcourse
If that's the case straight away bring it back to the dealer without tampering with it

is it running? is breaker or reset switch reset? if ok fuse blown on power supply?
