I am still with the religion of my youth. Train us up in the way we should go and when we are old, we will not depart from it. ( I very loosely paraphrase scripture.)

I was not raised with religion but I experimented with religion for many years. Now I believe I am on a path that works.

I was raised Baptist and while I'm still very much into being spiritual, I like Slappy am not into organized religions. I take issue with the hypocrits I used to go to church with, so instead of dealing with them, I continue my spiritual journey by just being a overall nice person and decent human being. I also still believe in a higher power, so I always pray, but if that higher power is named God, Yahweh, Allah, Buddha, or Jesus, I can't say for sure. I just know that whoever is listening hears me because I'm always at peace, have answers to my toughest questions, and get what I ask for! :-)

I have gone the direct opposite of ALL the religions that I was raised in. My mother was Catholic and my father's father was Jewish. We were raised Episcopalian and one of my sisters is damn near a nun with that particular branch. My oldest sister joined the Jehovah Witnesses.
I have personally gone Pagan, following the way of the Goddess. I feel that everyone has their own way and I respect that. I do not press my religion on other and do not expect anyone to press ME with their religion.

I basically do, but I have found other things on my journey through life that make more sense than what I was taught at a young age. I think I'm a mixture of different religions now.

raised Catholic. I belive in a bit of it, but disagree with much of it. I do not go to services, only on holidays. Someone put it to me best by saying that I was a buffet caholic. I jiust go up and take what I want and leave the things I don't like. Kinda Funny!

Usually we end staying with the foundation that was laid to us by our parents or significant guardians,etc....but after we become adults we have a tendency to make our own decisions and either add to or take away from our teachings.
