You can use a software designed to give protection to your CD, however, there is NO WAY to make your CD "invincible" from being duplicated. It might seem extreem for you, but sadly it's true.

Better Try Some DVD for that purpose. Sience DVD Could Have the Code Nessary for Such Work.
CD's are not a good Choice.

One More Thing Don't think The Data Will not be stolen.Only Thing That could stop Such things Use Servers (Not Server that you call in your local office/College)
Give Approprite Rights Means Which Part of Data you want your USer Sould Read it and which you Don't want to share.
The Best Idea is Use Database for that purpose. Oracle is a good choice for security.

in short use a Oracle server to store the data and share it with your desired users (with username/passwd and related setting)
Keep your server secure and if you Don't know Hire Some Professional (They Really want less compaired with thier work)

incase you will give CD. and if the data is really usefull then it will spread out.

Ya DVD is another good choice but who can claim of security
(Remember the case of popular Film Which DVD is encoded and Cracked Before release to the Market)
Many Games DVD (Cracked ) are another example.
Thats why I am suggesting abt servers (Application/data what ever you wish to keep)

The only way to do that would be to encrypt the data on the disk, but then he also wouldn't be able to "read" the data on it (use it, in other words).
