She was cycling home from work when a little dog ran in the her path.
She slammed on the front brake and went over the handlebars and hit her chin on the gravel.

I had learnt her to apply both front and rear brakes but she said it happened in a split second and she could n't do much about it.

How do i get the blood out of her top and can a buckled wheel be repaired.

Any advice is appreciated.

I don't think that women's studies is the place where your humour is going to be appreciated - but I thought the hook line was very good.

Whilst I wouldn't quite give up the day job yet, you are quite funny.

If you are serious cold water and a trip to the local (cycle) clinic are in order.

I buckled my wheel and found was easier to replace the whole wheel than to repair it. Cos it cost £25 to do a full service (they said would be better value) that didn't fix it and then a further £30 or so for a new wheel when they said I were lying and the problem was caused by me after??? I made him fit it free though.

Top: They are always going on about Vanish on TV.

Over the years I've learnt to apply the front slowly and also to use the back. Brakes that is.

Chin: Check not broken, but suspect is just grazed... I'm sure you are capable of this really...

Trust you are being serious. What are you thinking about ... ' getting blood out of her ' top ' and concern about a ' buckled wheel ' !
There is a good chance you are being flippant with this question but if you are not, then stop messing around on the computer and get your girlfriend to the nearest A & E Hospital immediately for a check over - at least.

Vanish in-wash for colours and whites is your best option, put it on a 90pre wash this should remove the blood easily, as to the next question you can repair the wheel but it would be cheaper to replace. I do hope your girlfriend is OK, as this is the most important thing not the clothing or the bike!!

I feel your main concern should be your girlfriends injury!! -
Apart from that soaking her top in COLD water should reduce the blood stains, before you put it in a washing machine with a stain removing powder.
I think the buckled wheel may need to be replaced!

Gary Marston, You don't learn someone to apply brakes you 'teach' someone! Sounds like you need to go back to school and get educated then you'll get a decent job and won't have to sit and post sick jokes and abusive answers. By the way, I have a profession not a job thanks.

Soak her top in cold salt water - you may have to leave it overnight.

What's more important is making sure her chin is alright.

once you have them amputated; mount them on the wall and hear that oldie yet goodie "BALLS TO THE WALL" by way of settle for. you may additionally evaluate a attractiveness substitute; probably Harriet! LOL
