Not equipped to do it, but I think logically the answer would be "fat bas-tard," as he is not damaged genetically, only behaviorally. You could train Fat Bas-tard's offspring to not overindulge, but you couldn't train Mini-me's offspring to not be crippled dwarfs.
Still, the actor who plays Mini-me seems to be doing okay for himself. I just wouldn't want to see what would happen if he had to survive in the woods for a year. Old FB could just hibernate.

My dads family all look like mini me's. I turned out ok even if i'm only five foot two. I'd only pick fat b*****d if it was cold.( saves on having a blanket).
