No. Turtles must have access to land to sun themselves, and they eat fish. Also there is no such thing as a 'small' turtle. The turtles sold at pet stores as babies that are about the size of a silver dollar, maybe a little bigger, are red-ear sliders. These turtles reach 10 - 15 inches full grown and need a minimum 40 gallon tank. The smallest turtle in the world is 5 inches full grown, still not very small. And turtles are VERY messy.

Nope. Most turtles need land to haul out onto or they will drown. Turtles are also avid fish eaters, and will chow down on your goldfish if they get half a chance. Turtles also foul the water much more quickly than fish, so your fish will suffer from the loss of water quality. Most turtles grow rather large rather quickly, and so it is important to check the maximum size of the species before buying. Also, turtles carry and spread salmonella poisoning, so every time you clean out your aquarium you will be at risk from salmonella poisoning.

I dont think so. A turtle would like to go on land sometimes. How would you take care of that?

Chances are no, the turtle will cause your water to have to be changed alot more often. they are alot messier. they will also begin to nip and bite your fish in time.
