Why is it whenever there is a football match on us girlfriends get left in the other room to look after ourselves?? And get looked at funny if we attempt to ask a question.

I do know the rules, yes even the offside rule.
And i do like to watch my team - i'm just not interested in any game just because it's football.

Well im of the female species, And i LOVE football, I go to games and i love to play the game, and have to say having four sons means there is always someone to play with. The next time you find yourself sitting on your own while thy watch football, read up on some facts about the team and act like you know everything that will soon shut them up. Its even better if its something thy dont know.

If you are interested in the game sit and watch.Educate yourself about the rules and regulations and do it with a frame of reference that is at at least at basic level,If you have a pertinent question I'm sure someone will be happy to respond.

it lasts a maximum of 2 hours and most guys only get to see it once or twice a week. busy yourself with something else
i'm sure you feel the same about some of your programs. if you were trying to watch and your boyfriend came in asking where the pies were you'd probably be pissed off

lol i know that feeling but not with football with F1 i darent breathe if there is a race on as my sons look at me like i've broke the law it must be a man thing!! i enjoy watching F1 but i'm sure u can talk and watch sommit lol

That the way it is, women do the same when there is something on the TV that us men don't watch and women do, so it works both ways.

Hahahaha i know. i think its because if they miss the match then when all their friends are talking about it they cant join in cos they missed like 10 precious seconds as they talked to their girlfriend ! So cheeky i know lol. And also when they dont know what happened all their friends will tease your bf about you. Know what i mean.. Its seriously ridiculous lol x
