I agree totally! People just come on a trash others whether they be a different race or just have different opinions, we all have opinions which is fine but I for one am not into racism, and not into this flaring. Its ridiculous most act like 10 year olds. People on here want to have a go at others and just work on sterotypes which are branded about on the media. If they did their research properly instead of just babbling on perhaps they would see things as they are. Or perhaps they are just dirty dole scroungers trying to justify what they are doing. Leeches on society.

Rant over. But from a question I asked which was about the same thing. There are good people on here who are not just interested in spreading hatred and horrible opinions we need to keep them on otherwise it will just be an extremest recruitment ground!

Many feel as you do. It would be such an easier world. Sadly humans are imperfect. Cruelty, rudeness and hate are difficult things to erase. It is difficult to ignore them either when they are close to you or because they are splashed all over the media.

Do you mean Ignorance is bliss? If so a desert island is needed or a retreat in a secluded location.

I do hope you do not mean you have had enough of life and you want to end yours because of the world's nastiness. It would be a sad loss as we want more people like you to scream your views over the roof tops. If there are enough of us doing the same the world might improve a little.

I'm pretty tired of it. I just got some campaign literature from Ned Lamont that was nothing but negative statements about Lieberman. The only bright spot in it was the comic value of the bullet point accusing Lieberman of running a negative campaign.

I'm starting to think we should adjust our voting procedures slightly to reflect the reality of negative campaigning, and run all elections in two rounds. First round is the negative round, where you don't vote FOR anyone, you vote AGAINST one. Out of the entire field, we knock out the one guy that the majority selects as the most unacceptable. Then, assuming there were three or more choices to begin with, we would have the normal round where we vote FOR someone.

It's up to Yahoo to sort this problem out - they will be the losers eventually as those who wish to have a rational discussion evapourate into thin air!
