Not really. Be happy with who you are. THAT is an important lesson to learn. One day, you might be involved in some sort of accident (not hoping) and 'they' might say 'If he had been half an inch taller, he would have been killed'. Think about that! Everything works out for the best in the long run.

Seems have a huge submit a person's life. The outward type of a person is perfect in the eyes of the planet when every feature is come up with in flawlessness or almost there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just a number is one of the critical conditions in lots of areas: sports, being a part of the defense force, wooing somebody, obtaining a job or simply bolstering one's self-confidence therefore, if you want to be a bit taller you just have to make use of this plan https://tr.im/BiJDG , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The mixture of amino acids with growth hormones, would certainly cause a taller stature and this is often what you should learn from that book, the best way to put this mix used since this program really benefit many people.

Since the ends of your long bones (ie, femur/tibia/humerous) are calcified, they cannot "grow". Taking growth hormone will not make you taller. Men at 21 and women at 18 (On Average) reach skeletal maturity.

An Alizeroff (sp.) surgical procedure, originally used by orthopedics to stabelize shattered bones, can be used to add an inch or two to the long bones. Watch the movie Gattaca for a graphic example.

Be happy with what God gave you. Work on your posture and general fitness. A sloppy 6' man/gal will never be as apealing as a fit 5'8" man/gal...

YOU CAN LENGTHEN YOUR SPINE

every day all your joints compress from constant perssure and expand when you go to bed because you are horizontal and the pressure is released. if you don'tbelieve me, measure yourself when you get up in the morning and measure yourself when you go to bed. it usually is about 1.5 cm (from memory) maybe more, I honestly forget the exact number. I don't have the english skills to explain an excersise on how to manually lenghtne your spine but it requires stretching and relaxing. be carefull, if it hurts or you get funny sensations doing it then stop imidiately because it is completely painless to increase the spacing of your joints. thats why you have never noticed them change. GOOD LUCK!

Nope. Your bones have set by now, which means your height is fixed. There is an operation available which extends the length of the legs, but it is very painful, expensive and risky. It also takes many months of pain to achieve very little result.

I fear it is too late for you. Wear shoes with lifts or heels, and become thin which will give the illusion of greater height.
