Mussels steamed in white wine ,add some dried onions and crispy French bread for sopping up the sauce.
Oysters raw or roasted.

Oysters -raw. No cocktail sauce. No horseradish. No crackers. No hot sauce. Just fresh, raw oysters, a little bit of lemon and lots of ice cold beer.
