Anyone had any problems with Just Cause on XBOX 360?

I bought Just Cause for the XBOX 360 but was dissapointed to find out that the music pauses and so do the voice overs during cut scenes. its like" hel-lo, how - a-re -y-ou" That gap of silence last for about a second and happens every 3 seconds during the cut scenes and wrecks the game.
However when characters talk fine during the game when there is no cut scene on.

I thought that maybe it was just a bad game so I took it back to the computer game shop I got it from and that copy paused too, so I took it back yet again and the third copy of the game did the same. :-(

I then started to think that maybe it was my computer but then noticed that Dead Rising and Madden 07 did not pause during cut scenes/music.

I also noticed that at the start of Tomb Raider the game pauses for a sec when the music starts but not during the game.

So I was just wondering is there a problem with Edios games on the xbox 360 OR has any 1 else had problems with Just cause pausing during cut scenes?

I've also got 'Just Cause', but for the PS2 and it does exactly the same as you've just said. It also sometimes jams completely, and the PS2 has to be restarted. Don't worry there's nothing wrong with your Xbox, there's obviously a lot of bugs in this particular game.

try a laser cleaner, some games have more digital information than others and a dirty laser sometimes has difficulty reading discs, my ps2 used to do that with dvds until I cleaned the laser but now it is fine.
