Umm no. Why? Because Nevada has legal prostitution and I don't see any states following that one.

No. Nevada is not looked to by the other states as a leader unfortunately. If that were true, we'd all have legalized gambling in every store and legalized prostitution.

of course not, people have been trying to legalize marijana since the 1960's. the only problem has been that every time they start a petition, nobody can remember where they put it (courtesy of george carlin an authority on the 60's to present / and a comedian ? )

I don't know. But I think locking someone up for a weed that grows out of the ground with someone who has murdered someone is absurd....What's the worse scenario of a pot user, they'll eat you out of house and home....Have NEVER heard of someone who Just smokes pot committed a haneous crime....it should be decriminalized if not made legal...go after the METH LABS instead!, far worse epidemic the use of that man made poison....!!!!

It depends. I think they're all in some way going to get affected. they might decide to close-mindedly follow and legalize or decriminalize marijuana. On the other hand, they might see the consequences of decriminalizing marijuana and make the laws even more strict.

you never know.

I hope not. We already have a legal drug called alcohol that kills thousands on the road every year. Let's hope they don't legalize another dangerous drug that could lead to more innocent deaths. If you have to argue against this then you have never had a relative killed on the road by an alcohol or drug abuser or....you don't remember.
