This is actually a very interesting question. The 22ND Amendment states that no person can be elected to more than 2 terms as president, or any person serving more than 2 years in a term of another elected president may be elected more than once. However it does not have a specific provision for the situation you propose that I am aware of. I am sure Congress did not consider this as a reasonable possibility when creating the amendment wording. Although I doubt this situation would come into play for several reasons, should it happen it would be subject to a strict challenge and would probably have to be decided by the Supreme Court in the end.

LOL Hillary ran the country while Bill was president. Should she win the coming up election...there is no way she would give up her 'official' power. Secondly, she wouldn't have her husband as VP. And third, Bill can not be president again. There is a law...two term max.

Knowing Hillary, she would boot anyone who even suggested this right out of the White House, Bill included. She wants the Presidency for herself.

You know what I have wondered? Why did she choose to move to New York to run for a Senate position? Why not return to Arkansas? Is it because New York is heavilly Democratic and she knew in Arkansas they would send her packing to the stateline?

Bill can't be her VP because he has already served 2 terms as president.

Very likely she'd put the creep in charge of internal ummmmmm...affairs...

But then maybe after his quintuple-or-whatever bypass he just don't got the humph anymore.

Hillary's fundamental problem would be of a different nature:

"What to do about the piano legs".

It'd never be resolved by buying a new one, BTW.

I kinda think she could. I think Bill could b president again because his third term would not be consecutive. I am sure I will be corrected if I am wrong.

No, after Roosevelt it was decided that a president could only serve 2 terms. Consecutive or not. Besides, Hillary would do a better job anyways.
