Yes.Indeed you have very truely stated.Realising that 'I am That' is indeed true Self-Realisation.Its indeed as simple as that to the clear mind & yet complicated to the confused mind.

Yes. But sometimes I catch a glimpse of the mind's eye in the mirror & it freaks me out. It's like I'm the watcher seeing myself. Only happens once in a while. I call it "existence amnesia" like I forgot for a second that I existed then I remember again. Or like I left my body briefly then came back & am shocked to see myself. Or maybe it's sleep deprivation...

No. I've realized it is mind that watches the mind. It's a very self-absorbed activity, like a narcissist in front of a mirror. I am the experiencer and mind is just one aspect of my experience.

Well, when I had a breakdown, if it hadn't been so painful, it would have been fascinating. My mind would view things in a negative way and make me want to do things that 'I' didn't like or want. 'I' am separate from from physical brain which it seems can act without permission. It really felt like I was battling my own brain.....weird.

I have realize that I can watch my mind and everything all over.
But I can see w/o my mind, when I am off the body, and I store what I see into my mind, so I could pick it out anytime.(period).

Thank you for your excellent question! It's a state!

Ciao......John-John.

Yes, and that helped further progress !
A technique that helped to understand " I am not the body, I am not the mind' , a pure witness !

But of course. I think, therefore, I am. And sometimes there exists Only me. So who else would there be? Not to mention that in the very literal sense, there is no one but me who can hear my thoughts.

If you keep your mind "Free " long enough, out of TV influence and doping. It is the Sub Concious that watches the Concious.
