Attracted in what sense? A lot of people are attracted to other men or women. But they know their limits. Some prefer to exceed their limits though. In which category does your hubby's friend fall? Considering that he has a reputation for decency, he must belong to the earlier category.
Now, what is your own feeling for this man? You yourself aren't interested in him I hope. If that is the position on both sides and you have a mutual and healthy respect for each other, its OK. Nothing to worry.
But if either of you are thinking of trying to have a little fun on the sly, then beware. It might have dangerous consequences in the long run. If you feel that his attraction is a bit more than is usual, then cool off or tell your husband.

I know one thing for sure that you are enjoying that your husband's friend is attracted towards you. Simply don't tell your husband about his friend and complicate the matter. The simple anwser to your solution is (If i assume that you are not interested in him) to simply ignore him. This will cool him off.

Tell the friend with the "decent reputation" you will make sure there is not shred of it left if he does not lay off immediately.

Tell him he's going after the wrong person and you will ruin his "decent" reputation. Then tell your husband and enlist his help.

Tell him to meet you at your house and to bring loads of gifts to pamper you with. Tell him you need him to show you his affection by buying you gifts. Tell your husband his friend is a pervert. Then make sure your husband is at home when he comes around with the gifts. Then watch them have a fight.... ;-)

Do absolutely *nothing* to encourage the guy.
After a while he will get the 'hint' and you won't hurt his ego in the process and he won't get upset, unless he *has* an ego and won't take; I-don't-notice-you as an answer, and keeps pursuing you. In that case you have a problem!
Good luck.

Don't be caught alone with this guy. Always have your husband there or other relatives or friends around when he is there.
