They are both equally bad. A bystander is either part of the problem or part of the solution. Someone who watches and doesn't help is encouraging the bully to keep picking on this person now, and to do it again because it gets them attention and what they perceive as approval (it doesn't matter what you are thinking to yourself). A person who doesn't watch and gets help is both stopping the current situation and helping to prevent future attacks. Bullys pick on others to make themselves feel more powerful - the "encouragement" of others, even by just watching gives them that feeling, if you don't feed into their need for power then they won't get what they want out of it and are less likely to continue doing it.

Bullying someone, Watching is bad ,egging on is worse . Reporting a bully would be the least someone should do.

Bullying someone is a very bad thing to do and we all know that but watching someone being bullied is like stabing your best friend in the back nomatter who you watched, just belived you stabed someone veryclose to the heart in the back. In this sence you will know how the person feels about you watching..

bullying someone 'cause there must be a reason of why you are just watching ppl being bullied and not helping them....if you think it's fun to watch ppl being bullied, then the second one is worse..

properly it incredibly is a strong question luv ............ the bullies are meanlittlepinheads who incredibly do no longer understand a thank you to act to any extent further ideal cos they are in basic terms behaving the only way they have ever been shown a thank you to ....... so we actually might desire to sense sorry for their depressing unhappy little lives ....... the bystanders on the different hand are scared out of their minds and frozen with concern and easily do no longer need to be blamed ....... that's the bystanders who stand there taking pictures with their cellular telephones or mobiles or jeer and snigger and applaud the bullies who provide me the irrits ........ those are people who make me cry with sheer frustration on the madness of all of it .......... Bullies or bystanders ........ i do no longer understand mate, bullies and bystanders that jeer and take pictures getlumped into a similar classification as far as i'm in touch ...... unhappy depressing little creatures who in simple terms might desire to be shown some genuine luv and affection for as quickly as........ happy human beings do no longer pass around spreading misery and grief like they do. peace infant ?
