He will succeed and Newcastle will become a force and a Top six
side. But only if he is given time, if he is sacked then Newcastle United will have to rebuild again. Look at teams who keep changing managers and see what happens, Keep Glen Roeder and Newcastle will be a successful side panic and change manager again and they will not.

I think he is a very honest man and will do his best. Whether he is up to the job is another thing. Newcastle is a very difficult club to manage as expectations are always so high and quite often the board is impatient. They have not won anything for years and quite honestly although they have a few decent players overall they are only an average team. They leak goals too easily and find scoring hard at times.I think Roeder will be lucky to last the season but I do not think Newcastle will be in relegation trouble.

every newcastle supporter wanted him to succeed but how long do you wait, at the moment 7 points out of 9 games is not the sign of a successful manager i do honestly think its time for him and his backroom staff to go.freddie shepherd could always see if kevin keegan would take over even if its on a temporary basis until they find a suitable replacement

I don't think he will succeed but they will give him to the end of next season before they give him the boot.
