My boyfriend moved to florida and now is my ex because he broke up with me and was sleeping with the neighbor and then said he still loved me but needs time and I want to moved from california to florida just to have a part of him still in my life. Am i crazy

Why move to Florida? Just hang around the neighbour a lot - that'll remind you of your ex, won't it?
But seriously, after the way he betrayed you, why on earth would you want to move across a whole continent, only to beg and grovel at his feet to be taken back and then be cheated on again? What are you, a sucker for punishment?

Yes you are crazy. First, once a cheater always a cheater.
I sound like he does not love you he just wants you for connivance. If he loved you he would be right there and would not be cheating on you. You deserve a hole lot more. There is lots of men out there you will find the right one.
