need to know how to get a clean line when two colors meet on a model boat using brush paint.

masking is the way to go. mask off one side and paint - let it dry real good then mask it off with the tape and paint the other side. Takes a while but it is the only way to get a good job done.

I prefer using quality scotch tape. Just lay it straight and make sure there are no air pockets along your painting edge. Mask off any other color to avoid running and don't overload your paint brush. Remove tape before paint completely dries. Personally I use spray paint for the hull lines.
