u be lucky if u fell off a cliff to live!

if u jumped into water then u should b ok dependin how high an how u land. but then u didn't fall did ya u jumped lol.

On the basis the person was freefalling and the landing was a hard flat surface, no. If the person didn't freefall or the surface was soft or able to absorb the impact some other braking effect took place, yes.
