I've never meet anyone who didn't think Jesus lived. People in all religions acknowldge that Jesus lived. Even athiests acknowledge that Jesus lived. So I don't understand where you are coming from with the question exactly.

BC - Before Christ

and

AD - After Death(or Anno Domini meaning in the year of the lord)

were created by Christians of course. It is a man made concept used to tell the date.

There is a movement to get rid of BC/AD. Some are starting to use BCE (before common era) and CE (common era) instead. Those doing this are mostly those who don't want Christianity forced upon them.

The Washington Times has an article on it at http://washingtontimes.com/national/20050425-122707-1314r.htm

PS: The Roman historian Tacitus wrote about Christ refering to him as a fact of history. In fact, many historians of the time wrote about Christ. http://users.binary.net/polycarp/jesus.html

The exact timing of Jesus birth is not known. The observable time of the conjunction of Venus as the star of the east would be about 4AD. On the Hebrew calender Jesus was crucified in a Jubilee Year (a 50th year) A jubilee year is when all captives are set free. I don't have a Hebrew calender log to figure it out ,not that it matters.
Secular Progressives have renamed the time lines to exclude Jesus. The call BC BDE,before the common era. Current Err is what the Christians Call AD. Check your checking account statement,it will say Date,Month and 2006. Even Jewish Denominations use 2006
on their checks not 5000 what ever. There is an attempt to eliminate Jesus and his death on the cross from modern culture,
If God's creation becomes the Big Bang and Jesus becomes the son of Mary and Joseph,
then there are no commandments either.
I think this was tried in Russia a while back with out success.

Who said that Jesus never lived. I just don't believe that he was the son of god any more than I am.

I'm working on 5767 (I'm Jewish).

Even most of those who don't believe He was the Son of God, agree that He lived, and that the A.D. system was devised in commemoration of His birth.

Why is it important that I disagree?
Anno Domino in Latin is the year of his death.
Common used term.
I never said He never lived.
