This question gets asked at least once a day on here, and I'm tired of trying to tell you people that Chevy rules!!! Ford makes a good car too, but as far as which is the best, Chevy wins hands down. I have worked on cars all my life, and as far as the cost of repairs, building an engine, or just fixing anything, Chevy is cheaper to fix, and costs much less. I can build a Chevy small block for half the cost of a Ford. I don't know why Ford has to be so expensive, because they are not as good as a Chevy. I have owned several Fords in my life, and I have owned many Chevy's. I can make twice the horsepower as a Ford on half as much money. So... You tell me, which is better? I sure isn't the Ford. I hope this settles it once and for all. Good Luck!!!

ford is better for new vehicles.
chevy is such sh.it with there new stuff. id take an older chevy over an older ford.
ive owned a new ford and a new chevy..the chevy broke down within the first 1K miles. the ford still running great!

I prefer chevy, the engines are usually more fuel efficient and are quick to the power, they seem to run long periods of time with out much trouble. I think though as a rule fords have better built transmissions.

it depends on what are your plans for the car. if you plan on using it for sports, like drag racing, i recommend the ford, since there are a lot of things you can customize to ford cars, especially the skyline, mustang gt and and 350z. but if you're just using it as a necessity, just for easier transportation, i recommend the chevy, coz people will LOOK at ur car!

the best are Chevy cars, ford trucks.....chevy is cheaper when it comes to parts!

neither one of them unless you are talking about the trucks like the silverado,F150, and the ranger. dont buy the s10. consider however the japanese import trucks they are lot better then the old underpowered one but they last pretty long with you
