I can understand why you are so angry at the moment as I too get angry when anyone hurts anyone of by girls or even their boyfriends so take a deep breath and count to 20 first.
Why did this person smash up your sisters car what happenend or what was said to make her do this? Is she just someone out to cause your sister grief is she jelous of her in any way shape or form? Think of all these before going round and pounding her. Talk to your sister and find out every single detail of what happenend and once you have full facts you will then be able to make a better judgement of how to deal with it.
I myself if done deliberate would report it to the police and they can pay her a visit rather than you. Your sister needs you out in the open to help her and look out for her unfortunatly if you did retaliate it is you who would be charged with GBH not this woman and may end up with one a police record that may stop you from doing things you wanted in the future. Two a huge fine and a court visist where SHE may get compensation! (honest) and three posible jail.
Just think about it all first and I do understand how you feel my sisters car was always targeted but we did not know who by if we had then we would have gone to police.

Tell your insurers, report it to the cops & leave your car in a place where it can't be found (or easily located). Don't go to prison for your sister - you won't be there for her when she needs you again. Getting the car repaired is a lot cheaper than having to replace a stolen car (which is what COULD have happened). No offence, but you'll be going down to "skag head's" level if you have a go at her yourself, & maybe leaving yourself open to worse crimes later on (eg a smashed up HOME or even a gang coming to hurt you or your sister).

Firstly, put overalls on and gloves, wear someone else's shoes. Then go and kick the crap out of the evil little skag head witch who smashed up your sisters car. The reason for someone else's shoes is so when you leave a very big imprint of the sole of your shoe in her head it won't get traced back to you, there saving you going to prison! I hope this helps. Alternately seek help and call the police, they are quite nice people!

First off WOW, your little sister is so lucky to have your brotherly love. It's nice that you care so much about her, but ask yourself, how happy is she going to be when she has to visit you in jail, bail you out and then watch you pay a heavy fine or worse yet, spend the holidays behind bars? Nah, I'm thinking she's not going to be happy. She's going to be so depressed and will think,"Geez, this is all because of me and my car. Look what I've done to him." Don't do it my friend. This "evil little skag head witch" is not worth your jail time and time away from your sister. Get the police involved, make the skag's life a living hell through the proper channels. It's all about karma baby. She'll get hers without you going to jail. I PROMISE and I've neve lied to you before and don't intend to. Talk with your sister about this. She'll appreciate knowing how much you love her.

You should hire a great lawyer and drag the b*tch through the courts. Take every opportunity to publicise the case in the local press (without saying anything libellous!) so he whole town knows.
Make her life so crappy that she would wish you had just beaten her up but at all times keep the law and public opinion on your side.

I do feel for you, this is a hard one, I would not advise that you go round and put your self at risk of being arrested, Who would look after you sister then? My favorite saying is what goes around comes around, sometimes sooner than you think!! Do you have good mates.

i dont think your sister would want you to go to prison for her - if you've managed to control your temper for 10 years, i would suggest you carry on.
i know going to the police often doesnt help and they may not give a shite but its the only thing you can do.
what if you go and give this girl a kicking then she comes after your sister and gives her one??
i can appreciate how hard it is to keep your temper if you're used to sorting things out with your fists but give it time and then think of a better way to deal with it. even if its a sneaky underhand way its better than just beating the crap out of her.

Call the police. If they won't or don't do anything about it then make her life living hell.
But do it in a subtle way...you dont want the police called on you
