I had the same problem once, here's a 100% working solution.
Just download the flash player uninstaller from adobe website,
-you can type "flash uninstaller" in yahoo or any other search engine- after the uninstall, go to flashplayer plugin install page and install the addon again, it should work perfectly.

Install the Flash player, restart IE and if that doesn't work restart your computer.
If it still doesn't work try all the steps above again
If it still doesn't work ...download Firefox

Did you delete the old version first before downloading? You have to delete the old version.

first what kind of computer do you have? if it is dell you need to take it to the shop and ask them to fix that promblem they might ask you to not put IE on your computer agin.if you got a acer then take it to the acer shop.They might ask you to not do it agin the end.
