I use the new Pando its like the skype for files.
You can up and download 1GB , but Partner needs it also.
Its free, the only con is it takes its time to upload the files, for sending out a bit.

No way around it I tried for months. Just broke down and payed the 9 euros. It's worth it. Less than 25c a day.
PS All the programs that say they can bypass RS are bogus.

i tried proxys they dont work for me, what i do is download from my connection then connect to the internet over the road and download the other parts then if needed i download off mine again
but I HATE RAPIDSHARE everyone hates it but people just keep posting on it for somereason
