How should I go about training it to make it even?

yes. when your working out concentrate on the small muscles it'll even them out.

Try using dumbbells for your workouts instead of a regular bench press 6 ft. bar. This will make each side of your chest have to work independently during your bench press and you will not be able to cheat to compensate for your weaker sides. The same holds true for all of your weight training exercises. The Dumbbell is your best friend and should be used as often as possible.
