The usual rule is "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true". But sometimes there is a "free" offer that really is a good deal, so my suggestion is check it out with the offeror, and don't part with more than a tenner before you are happy with the answers. Be suspicious, not gullible, and read the small print. If it still holds water and is not in the desert or full of snakes or zoned for no use like a state park, you might like it.

I'll bet you anything it's a book or newletter you have to pay to get and the free country land is probably in Iraq!
