Yes! I don't know why so many people have never heard of him here in Canada! He is popular in the Russian Federation and Eastern Asia. He is well known there for his amazing falsetto.
As a native Russian speaker, I can say that his lyrics tend to be well written also.
I've seen the videos of his performance at the State Kremlin Palace and the music video. His performances are amazing; I also think his music video (with the fish) is so funny, but very great nonetheless!
