hieee! i know that Topshop in london has some really nice black dresses!! also look in TK maxx they have gorgeous dresses but you have to KEEP looking u wnt find the perfect one until uve looked a lot! (unless ur super lucky)

Nope, but I know it was very similar to a dress Charlotte Church wore a couple a weeks ago. I did think it was a little too tight though
