Take any Bus to Shivaji nagar Bus stand, get down there and ask anyone there how to reach Commercial street. Its just 2 mins walk from the Bus Stand.

1. Take the Aurobindo Marg, turn left at 10 cross, and then turn right at 10th Main. Keep going straight till you reach Ashoka Pillar.
2. From there, take Siddhapura Road, keep going straight till you reach the MariGowda Road T junction. Turn right there.
3. After some time, you will reach Kengel Hanumanthaiah Road in the right. Turn there, go on top of the flyover, and go towards Field Marshal Cariappa Road. Go downwards from the flyover. Keep going straight until you find Brigade Road. Note that since Brigade road is one-way, (you cannot enter inside), keep moving further, and you will find another one-way road, where you can enter (towards your left). Travel through this road and reach MG Road.
4. Turn left. Then, from the first junction, turn right, and keep moving straight till you reach Kamaraj Road.
5. After the dispensary Road, the next road is Commercial Street.

It is near M.G. Road. About 1-2 Kilometres. All Auto & taxiwallahs know. Just tell them Commercial Street. They will take you. It is quite a popular place.

if U R @ jayanagar, U need not go to Commercial Street. Everything U get @ JN @ 1/2 the price .
