has this audatex thing gone mad or is it me???

Hi,I use Auda enterprise and what a pain it is.
I presume your talking about when their servers crashed a couple of times leaving everyone high & dry.
SInce its been 'fixed'! it's been really slow.
I also use a tts system for estimating and though its not image based its far simpler to use.
In short,NO it's not you.
