Give her either
a) a voucher for her favourite shoe shop
b) A best friend me to you bear (there in at the mo)
c) Take her for Lunch at a nice but not expensive restaurant.
d) Get her a new hair dryer pair of straigtners or tongs. (argos)
e) ask her what she needs.
f) go clothes shopping and when she picks something up that she likes thats in your price range get it for her!

Sweet 16 is special birthday. Buy her bunch of roses and chain if you could afford. There are cheap gold chain you can buy. Or a voucher.

go shopping with her and see what she likes, £25 wow you are a nice friend, or you could make it really personal and get her a scrap book full of old great memories stick in loads of pics and get everyone to sign it, Jo's answer really says it all xXx
