I can think of two daft suggestions for food.
One was for a yoghurt which on the lid had a picture of a teaspoon and the caption was "A serving suggestion".
Another was on a packet of roasted peanuts and the warning on the back for food allergies read:
"This product contains nuts"!!!
This is daft!!

This one really angered me.
The stupid avon lady gave me her catalogue.
It was only later, that i found that, all the special deals in the book, were purposely glued together.
