You can either right click in an open area of whats left of the toolbar and check "Address Bar" from the now open window or try hitting the "F11" key on your keyboard. Any more help will require more information about the problem. :)

go to internet experlor windows click on View>> then Toolbar >> then Address bar

Im going to assume your on Internet Explorer,,, Go up top to where it says View click on it and then click on toolbars and then go to address bar and it should have a ck mark next to it

If you rightclick on the grey bar at the top, you should get a list on things. If it says Address Bar, and it's not ticked, click on it.
