I mean I spend time dancing and chatting in Hot Lips (I think it is called) night club. Play the Sploder and make some cash and I know you can convert the cash in the real world which is L$168 to the $1 US but it be faster to go to work and earn it.
What actual benefit can one get from it excpet wile away some time.

I'm not quite sure yet. It's sort of like the Sims series, yet FAR from it.

I just started playing Second Life, and all I've been doing in sitting in the "camping" chairs at casinos, trying to earn money, which in turn I take to the blackjack table to try to earn more. You really need money to do things there, just like in real life.

Since I'm a free account customer, I can't own land, so there goes me opening a shop or anything of that sort. I think the game might be more interesting if your "resident" had needs (like going to the bathroom & sleeping), which would make it a bit more real.

So, right now, I'm really not sure of whether or not this is a game worth playing. I like seeing the world other users have built from the ground up, but at the same time, I'm wondering why I'm wasting my time here. The game draws you in, although I have no idea why.
