Take display properties. Click on Desktop tab. You can see three options in positions as Center, Tile, Stretch. Select Stretch. Now your background image will be in full screen.

Hey....
Click on Start
Then Control Panel
Then Go to Display
Click on desktop
Then where it says tile click on the little arrow next to it and select either stretch or centre:
Stretch can sometimes make it too big
but centre will sometimes be too small
So Try out both and see which one works best for you picture!

OMG hi5 are you kiding? you do have kids right?
lol anyway, go into desktop properties (right click on your wallpaper and select properties), select desktop and you should have a drop down box that will let you centre, stretch or tile.
that should work!

right click then go to desktop and in a drop down menu it should say tiled
full screeen
middle
click full screen, continue and wala your done!
