does anyone remember a halloween (movie)cartoon that aired on abc during I guess early to mid-late 90s?

detail's are very vague but i'll try.
There was this young boy who was trick or treating in his skelton costume(suit with bones on it). He came to this man's house...somehow the kid chased this man around. I cant remember if the man have a head like a pumpkin or skull. He may have been very old looking and resembled a jack-o-lantern.
I remember another scene where the man took the boy to a halloween parade(something where people remember the dead??). Also i remember the boy and man on the roof of his old house the man jumped of and I think he turned into bats or sumtin. I just remember the movie coming on like every year on abc. I cant remember if it was foxkids but i know it was a long time ago. Im 20. maybe i was 9 or 10

haha. Nick im your age and that i understand those bands have been universal interior the 'ninety's. the only bands that are actual well worth nevertheless listening to is Everclear, +40 4, Blink 182, Pearl Jam, Seether, Nirvana, Foo warring parties, The killers, Bowling for soup, and Limp Bizkit.
