Its just that our grandad died this week and my sister is very upset as someone told this the week before. She just cant get this thought outta her head.

Err no, your insides dont fall out and no you are not stuffed with cotton wool. Cotton wool is used in the morgue to plug openings in the body because air in the body emits from these openings.

We don't really die sweetheart. We all only live in the body for a little while then move on to learning more. Your grandpa's body is no longer where he is at and I assure you he wouldn't mind if they stuffed him with anything or not. Customs about burying the dead are usually designed for the living" relatives.

no when you die all your organs stay where they were unless there is a post mortem.Your nose, anus and in women the vagina get cotton wool inserted but nothing else
