30 years old man and a 25 years old woman.they flirt but are not close friends.he has to spend a week in a different city and she has a friend that owns a hotel at that city so she tells him he has a free hotel room for him and he accepts it.the girl is in love with him and he knows it.if you were that man, would you accept the hotel room?i think that if he doen´t like her,he should not accept it because it would be taking advantage of her feelings and that if he accepts it,it means that he is attracted to her.what is your opinion?

she doesn´t intend to go with him.she doesn´t pay for the room,it is just that her friends own that hotel and thought it would be nice to offer it to him and her friends agree with her.she likes him but doesn´t intend to buy him.she is a client and meets him at his work.

the man who´s been offered the room, had a colleague that met the girl before and was attracted to her,but when his friend went out for 2 months,he was too much nice to her and flirted with her knowing his friend also liked him.

he should let the woman know where he stands for sure, maybe she just wants to give a nice gesture to him and if he declined it her feelings would be hurt a little. make it clear where he stands and take the offer if it's still on the table.... be open and honest.

It depends.

Why did she offer the free room - is she trying to buy his love so to speak, or did she offer it as a friend? Is she paying for the room herself? Did she convince her friend, who owns the hotel, to "donate" the room?

If she offered it as a friend, and they've been flirting as you say, and she's made it clear that she offered it as a friend, then, frankly, I think he should say something along the lines of "oh, that's very generous of you, but I couldn't possibly impose". If she insisted, then, fine, accept the room.

But I don't think whether he accepts or not is a good indication of how he feels about her. He could be a jerk who is using her and takes the room, he could be a perfectly nice guy who sees it as a friendly offer - whether he takes it or not, or, he could even be interested in her and doesn't take the room, for integrity reasons.

Because, frankly, I think for things like this either offer it as a friend, no strings attached, or don't - otherwise, frankly, you are basically pimping yourself (the guy and the woman) for the cost of a hotel room - she's "buying a man" in exchange for a free room, and he's "selling himself" in exchange for a free room, which is what - most likely somewhere between $60 - $250 a night, average?

They should both value themselves too much to have the offer/acceptance of a free hotel room be an indicator of the possibility of a relationship.

You don't need to love someone if you are flirting. Especially when both of them are of maturity age. Both of them have their own loneliness and so they are spending time with each other. Even if they are friends or are in a relation (without Love as a feeling) i am sure they both care for each other & so the girl offered and the man accepted it. I think there is no harm in accepting the offer. It does not mean that the guy is liking the girl or is in love with her. C'Mon accept it - this world is very selfish & everyone will be opting what is better for themselves.

Women should not give gifts like that to men!!
unless they are engaged to be married
a free room is a gift
& some men will take the gift whether or not they care for the woman,
a decent man would not take the room without paying because he would know that she paid for it

Do's she know ,that he isn't interested in her accept as a friend?
Do;s he know she is in love with him?
He shouldn't take advantage of her,but would she offer this to a girl friend?should she accept?and the difference is?

you have too many unanswered questions .
was the offer an enticement?
or a genuine gift as a friend?
do they work together?
rewrite your question and add these things ,and you;ll get a better answer.

I think that if man don't love a girl , or girl don't love a man and he/she use this person only because of sex, then it is beastliness & meanness.
