First make a backup of your registry.
Click on start > run . Type regedit. press OK.
the registry editor window opens.click on File > Export.
Save the file by giving it a name.It will create a registration entries file in my documents folder.
Then click on Edit > Find. Type safeiepage.com click on Find Next. The search will stop at the entry containing safeiepage.com , read it once to make sure it is safeiepage.com. Then click on the entry in the right panel and press delete key or right click and select delete. Press Ok to confirm deletion. Now press F3 to search
again. Delete the entry if found. Continue till you finish searching through registry.
after that download+install+run Free Crap Cleaner software ccleaner

I have the same problem and this is what my computer guy told me to do.
If I have back up files of the recovery then I will have to erase my hard drive and reload the recovery files so that the spyware is gone. If you do not have back up files call your computer manufacturer and have them send you the files.
