As long as you have a healthy pregnancy and no other medical reasons preventing you from doing it...
GO FOR IT
If its comfortable and lets you sleep do it now... before you are too big and no position lets you sleep!
Good Luck!

Yes, as long as you are comfortable. In the later stages of pregnancy, I couldn't sleep on my stomach because it was very uncomfortable.

Yes it's absolutley fine, but the further on you get you won't be able to because it gets too uncomfortable, you will feel a sharp pain if it's not right later on in your pregnancy.
Congratulations and good luck x

Yeah during the early weeks its ok.No harm done so enjoy because later on you wont be able to.
First you will be too bulged out.
Secondly its unsafe for baby. Its recommended to sleep on the side.also avoid sleeping on your back.Tough huh?

You're fine sleeping on your tummy for as long as it is comfortable for you.
