Questions:
1. Why some bosses still offer as low as $800 pm for full shift, 6 days week?
Don't they feel ashame?

2. Why do people still work for them?

Bosses or anyone feel that i am talking rot,

This low pay problem happened not only in sg. Its everywhere on Earth.

As a businessman myself, I belive in "hard work = income". The harder you work you'll get more. That's why, all my ppl have no basic pay. We go by profit sharing, hence there is no limit on how much they earn.
But those lazy or unlucky ones will face problems, I agree.

Am I one of those you had mentioned? No, I treat everyone fairly and explained clearily how this system work first.
Only those who understand and agree, will be accepted.

Q1.
I feel that these bosses are real F@@king Bast@@d. A typical blood sucker. They will have never ending problem on manpower. No one will work for that company for long.

Ashame? As long as they make $, they don't care about life or death for their staff.

Q2
If there is a choice, who on Earth will want to work for them?
Thats the trick, these blood sucker usually play.
People come and go. They may even "makan" their hard earned $ for those who only work a day or two.

I really hope that people don't even consider to take up these offer when they see such ads.
Or resign if they are in such co. now.
If all co-operate, we will see lots of such co. closed down soon.
And their bosses will taste their own medcine one day. ha ha ha.

In sg, so many report says that jobless rate falls. How accurate, I don't know.
But for me, I would prefer to see data on what is the % on how many is drawing $500, $800, $1000 per mth and so on.
Possible to see these type of ugly data in sg? Fat hope!!! Maybe in a very tiny corner with just very few line.
Those big big one is reserved for Best...es and No. 1...s.

if you can take back home of $1200, that is considered lucky already....trust me.

1) bosses are still offering low wages of $800 per month or so is becos they want to play the game with the society and the government....of course they will not feel ashamed as long as they are the banker and the workers are the players....the rich has the upper hand.

2) pple still work for them are becos they don't have enough educational certificates, no particular or 'outdated' trade, less work experience, job hoppers, mental/strange/bad attitudes of behaviours.

It is like that all over. They don't want to pay people for hard work, they want to pay the upper management 5-6 times what the hard workers make. It is disgusting and it is only because the companies only care for them selves, not for the people that do the work for them.

Do you know that someone working really hard will make the type of pay that you mentioned, but the upper management will make up to ten times that much.

very true...
1. they offer us low wages and expect to slot like animal for them. when they give us low pay cut away our other allowances they are helping the company make more profits and so in turn they get year end bonus and company shares alot more.

2. we still have to work for them cos' we need to make end meets. my boss always say "be glad that we give you job, many people are jobless and are desperate"......

whatever written in the News Papers are nonsense, always brag about good employment. the fact is yes, good employment with crap pay....the prices for goods and transport are increasing rapidly but the wages are getting lower.
