Since i've had sex which was about a week ago iv'e been feeling as if im going to be sick and sometimes sick does come up i keep getting stomach pains and also in my lower stomach i have regular headaches and i have also found a swollen gland near my vagina and its very sore .

no swollen glands are not a sign of pregnancy, believe me i ve had three babies, it sounds more like an infection, thats would be the only reason why you would have a swollen gland, so i suggest you go see your doctor ASAP....good luck....

Head to your local grocery store or pharmacy and get a home pregnancy test. The best time to take the test is when you wake up in the morning. Something about your hormones being the most prevalent in your pee. If that doesn't work, head to your doctor and get that swollen gland looked at. It might not be pregnancy but something much more serious and/or life-threatening. You never know until you ask.

unprotected? dont mean to alarm you, but it sounds like a virus, or pregnancy in the making... though a week is a little early for signs.
hope it wasnt unprotected with someone you are not in a relationship with.
HIV is very real.
go to a doctor, please.
