Yes - on ANY and ALL HDD's - you may not be able to run system scans like your security protection, system processes that run the PC, system utilities, etc. Low disk space won't harm the PC per se, that you will need to fix the HDD, though. So... clean it up...
Use the system Disk Cleanup utility.
Delete Windows and Internet temp files.
Clean all browser caches.
Remove all unused and unwanted programs.
Transfer some of your files to optical discs - CD/DVD's.
Empty Recycle Bin.
Delete or transfer files in your Download directory to optical discs - CD/DVD's.
After all that, run the defragmentation utility.

First complete the following steps to make some space on your C drive.
1) go to start > all programs > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup. Run disk cleanup to delete unnecessary files from your C drive
2) Create a folder in another partition, and rename it as backup. Then copy everything from your "my documents folder" in C drive to this folder and delete the files from c drive.. That should make some space on your C drive.
3) Uninstall some unnecessary programs by going in control panel > add/remove programs. That will also free some space on your C drive. That will give you additional space
4)download+install+run Free Crap Cleaner ccleaner http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
(uncheck the option to install yahoo toolbar during instalation of ccleaner, if you do not want yahoo toolbar to be installed on your computer)

And the Moz_Mapi, seems to be a deadly disease that Mozilla has, i understand alot of persons with the comparable factor, i might propose the two, Renameing the folder and attempting to delete it then, or replace the owner deliver on it, if that dont artwork i might say delete Mozilla Browser then delete Temp information, and goto Delete cookies and information superhighway background. unencumber the gap on it, and you additionally could make copies of your powerful ideas and wipe the stress guy.

you need to get a bigger HD. if you run out of space your computer won't have room to move things around and will start to corrupt the files and the system will crash. Uninstall any programs your not using, defrag the drive and get a registry cleaner software too.

It's not harmful, but it can slow your pc down.
Try to delete the temporary files by right-click at one of your hard drives, then click properties.
Click Disk Cleanup, and then click OK.
