Thank goodness evryone has different tastes. Some like desolated places others like crowds. Some like heat, others cold. I guess the best place should be anywhere you can be happy - probably where you are surrounded by friends and family - the rest is just window dressing (although I personally prefer the Big Sur)

There is no one place that is best for everyone. Besides, putting 7 billion people in one small area would make that area unlivable.

Do you know that that if we took all 7 billion people on earth and spread them out evenly throughout California there would be only 70 people per acre? The rest of the world would be empty of people.

Goa, in India is the best. I have been there eleven times. The cost of living is so cheap and the people are really friendly. The sun shines every day. Even when the monsoon comes the sun comes out and dries everywhere up. I wish I was there now.

I choose my homestate of Penang, Malaysia. It's an island off the Peninsula Malaysia. Shopping, history, culture, beaches and more all in one. Many expat from Japan, German and America not to mention from other countries live in Penang. This is due to the many multinational companies investing here. Dell, Intel, Osram, Motorola, Agilent and more just to name a few.

So head on over here and sign up for Malaysia, my second home.

Where you feel safe. Where you can get along with the people and the weather. Where you like the scenery, the natural plants and animals, the sound of the wind in the trees. Where you have few natural disasters and nice neighbors.
They are not all here because every one has different preferences, ideals about money, housing, distance, safety. (As it is, more people find out about these comforts and move in every day.)
