Um, are you saying that you won $500 and you're asking if you can deposit the money over the internet to a bank?
If so, then no. The place where you won the money will probably just send you a cheque in the mail or ask you to go some place to give you the cheque in person. They won't directly put the money into your bank account, even if you ask them to.

Do NOT give your bank account info to anyone. Especially if they say you've won something! It's not real! It's a scam! Where's Batman when you need him? ;-)
