i want to know how to get into a blog and what is the main idea behind it .

A blog, which is short for "web log", is basically an online diary. It allows your friends on the internet to stay connected with you and gives the world insight on what's important to you. Blogs allow you to provide as much or as little information as you'd like on any topic you want. Blogging is the new way of doing personal websites.
As far as getting a blog for yourself, I recommend Yahoo! 360 (http://360.yahoo.com ) for complete beginners, and WordPress (http://wordpress.com ) for those who have some idea as to what they're doing. You can check out my blog, which I've created with WordPress, at http://deanish.com .

blogging is becoming now a days HIT! Its just a space given to you on web so that you can design your own website or your profile or make album or keep information etc.. If u go for buying a domain name and webspace it costs you, but this way its easy. You can visit my friends blog http://pranitaraaj.blogspot.com/ and look. You can also create same blog for you and have http://yourname.blogspot.com and pass it to friends to view about you.
