Journalism, communications. There is a serious lack of people who really communicate and get ideas across..the ability is always appreciated and well paid. Not necessarily in the strict communications field..you can diversify.As is journalism but it requires more dedication (as also the ability to modify the facts)
Apart from this, depending on your likes of a specific subject, you can take up teaching . I know this sounds wrong but if possible, maybe you should do what you would like best in whatever field . Because we all know that we succeed in what we do best.

I would probably say architecture,it's a form of art,followed by entertainment,street performance and eventually painting since it's only really worth something when you're dead!

Wrong decision. First see where u stand in your career? What you are good at? Then head for that direction. Money will flow in if you are good at what you do.

because they are extremely rare and involve a lot of talent and skill rather than knowledge you can aquire
