It depends what you mean...

If you're wondering whether or not someone physically sat down at your computer and used it, check these:

1. Open up your browser (IE, FireFox, etc.) and look in the history.

2. If you're using Windows, go to your Control Panel (Start->Control Panel or Start->Settings->Control Panel), and open up the "Administrative Tools" windows. From there, open up the "Event Viewer". Click on "System" in the right-hand panel and then sort your results by date and/or time. Also, click on "Security" in the right-hand panel. You should know when you were last on your computer. If there are entries in the Event Log since you last were on your computer, then you know someone else was there!

Now, if your question was in regards to whether or not a hacker invaded your PC, that's more difficult to tell.

1. Again, check the Event Log (as described above); that might give you some clues.

2. Also check your recent documents list (Start->Documents). If there's something there that doesn't look right, you'll know. Also, from that list of files, browse to where they are located on your hard drive. Right-click on the file in question and choose "Properties". On that window, look at the "Last Accessed" date. Again, consider when you were last on the PC, and you'll know if someone opened that file while you were away, for example.

Use frklg keylogger. Its a best keylogger. Download it frm download.com and install it. Key logger records each and every keystroke of keyboard and save it. Users can't see if anything is recording or not.
Well you can know the passwords too through this. But please dont use for this purpose.
Also the best I feel about this keylogger is it opens when u type your secret password on notepad!! Also its a very small file about 680kb.

Take a look at the History. If you see websites you don't recognize its possible somebody's been on your computer.
