Paint is very limited and very basic.
However, there are some free programs that will do a lot more for you. Download a few and play around with them!!

if you have a very small image and you blow it up really large it does blur the picture some as the picture gets larger and larger. to enlarge in paint go to image, stretch skew, the larger the percentage, the larger you make the picture.

Ulead PhotoImpact is with user-friendly GUI and easy to work with. Blurring in most of the image software progs is easily done with the blur tool :)

you can't, paint is just a simple paint program, in order to do it u need paintshop or photoshop and it's very easy to do..
